How do I know which service is right for me?

I am happy to chat with you on the phone or by email about which consultation would fit you and your needs best. Please see the Contact page for details of how to get in touch.  

Do you require a deposit?

For group bookings I require full payment from each person upon booking.

 

What should I wear to my consultation?

You should wear something that you feel comfortable and at ease in.  Don’t worry about the colours or styles, that is what you are coming to me for help with.

Do you charge for travel?

Yes, I charge 45p per mile for journeys within 30 miles of Edinburgh.  This increases to 50p per mile for longer journeys from my home.

 

Should I wear make-up to my consultation?

Again you should wear what you are comfortable with. If you are coming to me for The Colour Consultation though, I will ask you to remove your make-up before we start so that I can see your natural colouring.  

How do I pay?

Once we've agreed on a date for your consultation I will send you a confirmation with payment details included for a Bank Transfer.  Where applicable, you can either pay the balance in cash or by Bank Transfer on the day. 

 

 

Where do the consultations take place?

The Colour Consultation takes places in my home in Edinburgh.  Both The Style Consultation and The Wardrobe Review can either take place in your home, or in my home.  The Shopping Trips are designed to take place in Edinburgh or another place of your choosing.

 

Do you do Gift Vouchers?

Yes, I do.  They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can either be used for a specific service or as part payment towards a service.  Contact me for details.
